The personal health of each employee is of primary importance and prevention of occupational injury and illness will be given priority. All employees including management and supervisory staff are responsible for the company’s health and safety performance and everyone is expected to participate in the Health and Safety program.
Each employee is required to adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment guidelines at each job-site. A tail-gate safety meeting is conducted at the onset of each job followed by a site hazard assessment, checklist and employee signature. DrillRite Services employees are empowered to refuse or stop work if any condition renders it unsafe to complete.
